What I can offer:
Are you new to match fishing? If you’re just starting match fishing then I can help you with rig tying, shotting your rigs properly, feeding, plumbing up and all the situations you may face during your match.
Are you already a keen match angler? If you are already familiar with competing in matches, then I can help you fine tune those methods you could be struggling with. Such as pellet fishing, shallow fishing, mudline fishing, edge fishing or you could be struggling to read your peg during a match and want to learn how to get the best out of it.

All of my angling is predominantly done at commercial fisheries up and down the country.

Improve your fishing

Improve Your Fishing offers angling tuition and fishing coaching to a wide range of people. Andy can help you to catch your first fish with his tailored coarse fishing lessons or develop your skills in carp fishing lessons. Improve Your Fishing welcomes enquiries from schools, angling clubs and groups as well as individuals who are new to fishing or haven’t been fishing in a long time and want to polish up their skills. Andy is based in Bolton in Greater Manchester.

Ramsbottom Angling – junior anglers

Interest in getting a junior into fishing?

Then look no further than Ramsbottom anglers, they have an ever-growing group of youngsters from all levels. They offer different level coaching sessions mid-week ether at our fishery or on one of their own waters. If you have a child interested or you want them to take up the sport, get them outside meeting people their age, then get into contact.
