- Use gloves, keep tackle organized and maintain gear properly
- Take breaks, avoid fishing alone and don’t consume alcohol
- Check forecast, bring shelter and appropriate clothing
- Carry charged mobile phone, use location-sharing apps and fish close to other people
Anglers participating in night fishing must be aged 18 or over, under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Fishery rules state no alcohol or drugs, anyone using alcohol or controlled substances during night fishing is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. The use of alcohol or drugs is solely at your own risk and may cause the likelihood of accidents.
You confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in night fishing. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to night fish. Bradshaw hall fisheries ltd reserves the right to deny you night fishing access and holds no responsibility for anyone with a condition that we haven’t been notified about.
Please be aware night anglers will be locked in during closed hours and only be allowed out once the fishery is back open. In the event of a major incident or serious family matter we will do our best to get the gate opened during out of hours.

Bradshaw hall fisheries ltd and all employees reserve the right to remove you or not allow you access to the fishing lakes, if your deemed unfit, if you aren’t complying with the fishery rules or following the advice given.

Whether it’s caused by your negligence or the negligence of others.
